Roger Weaver
Attorney
Roger graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.A. in Communications, The Ohio State University with a M.A. in Political Science and attended Law School at Capital University.
Roger has experience in the areas of Estate Planning, Real Estate, Litigation, Family Law, Corporate, Debt Collection, Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Probate and Religious Liberty, representing individuals and entities in those capacities.
Roger lives in Baltimore with his wife Cindy and has 3 grown children.
Dustin Weaver
Attorney
Dustin graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2017 with a masters in Business Management and a minor in Marketing. From there, Dustin went on to attend and graduate from the University of Dayton School of Law.
Dustin joined Weaver Law Offices shortly after his passage of the Ohio Bar exam and swearing in as an attorney. Since then, Dustin has been heading up our estate planning practice area, assisting in criminal law as well as real estate transactions. Dustin also does work in Business Formation, Asset Protection and a myriad of other practice areas.
Dustin, his wife Samantha, and their dog Myles live in Grove City.
ZACK
DAUBENMIRE
Law Clerk
Zack earned a B.A. in Economics from Denison University and a Juris Doctor with honors from Case Western Reserve in 2011.
Zack has also served as an extern for Judge Edmund A. Sargus, Jr. and for the San Francisco, California public defender. He is currently in preparation to take the Ohio Bar exam.
Darryl Walters
Firm Administrator
Darryl graduated from The Ohio State University in Aviation and retired from the Ohio Air National Guard as the Chief Enlisted Manager of the Air National Guard Weather Program.
Darryl recently joined the Weaver Law Offices team as the Firm Administrator. Darryl, and his wife Marybeth live in Hilliard and have 3 grown children and 3 granddogs.
